How We Ship All orders are sent via Evri. Once your order is placed and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed

International Delivery

  • Europe: 7-14 working days
  • Rest of World: 10-21 working days
  • International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Evri tracking number. You can track your parcel at evri.com.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jo@raveragsuk.com and we'll investigate with Evri on your behalf.
